My Process to Sell Your Home:
  1. First of all I will examine your home thoroughly to determine all of it features and faults

  2. I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis so that you can visibly see what price similar homes to yours are selling for.

  3. Based on the condition of your home we will set a price to maximize the value to you.

  4. I will give you specific tips to accelerate successful marketing of your home as well as a variety of suggestion as to how to enhance the value of your home.

  5. I will prepare Feature Sheets of your home with digital colour photos to advertise the specific extra value feature in your home. For Example the dining room may be extra large or the back yard is especially private. Prospective clients and agents will see this when they are searching on the net or looking searching via the MLS database. That will attract them to come and look and when they arrive they will get an attractive Feature Sheet to remember your home in relation to the five others they may have seen that day.

  6. Your home will be listed on the Ottawa Real Estate Board’s Web site as an MLS listing. This computerized listing service is accessible across the country and is used by Real Estate Agents and the Public.
